Public parking areas are available near the historic centre. From there, the arcades and shops can be easily reached on foot.

From Bolzano, Neumarkt can be easily reached by car via the A22 Brenner Motorway, exit Egna–Ora, then follow the signs to the centre of Neumarkt.  Bertignoll watch and jewellery shop is located in the historic centre of Neumarkt at Rathausring 42. The shop is situated directly under the characteristic arcades and can be easily reached on foot from the town centre parking areas. 

From Bolzano, Neumarkt can be reached by regional train towards Trento, getting off at Neumarkt-Tramin (Egna-Termeno) railway station. From the station, continue by regional bus to the centre of Neumarkt. Alternatively, direct regional buses also connect Bolzano with Neumarkt.
