On Sunday, it will continue sunny with extensive cirrus clouds. Monday will bring a mix of sun and denser cloud fields. On Tuesday, clouds will increase during the day, and rain showers will develop. Rain is expected to spread across the entire region from the southwest during the night into Wednesday. Even during the day, conditions will remain unsettled.

Weather in the mountains

A cold front will cross the Alps from the west in the afternoon.
In the morning there will be longer sunny spells. However, the atmosphere will be unstable and widespread showers and thunderstorms will occur in the afternoon. The wind will shift to northwest in the afternoon and may blow stormy for a short time with the passage of a front. Snow will fall initially above 3000 m, with the transit of the front also below 2400 m.

Mountain weather tomorrow

High air pressure and a weak north-westerly flow will determine the weather.
Sunshine will dominate with passing high clouds. In the afternoon, only a few shallow cumulus clouds will form.
