SLOW FOOD PRESIDIUM

Slow Food communities are those who work every day to save natvie breeds, varieties of vegetables and fruits, bread, cheese, meat, traditional desserts..
They are committed to handing down production techniques and crafts. They take care of the environment. They enhance landscapes, territories, cultures.

About 600 Presidia involve farmers, artisans, shepherds, fishermen and winegrowers from 70 countries.

Since December 2022, the Anterivo Lupine is also part of Slow Food.
