Enough space for the whole family: mom, dad, granny, grandpa, aunty, the kids, and some friends! Up to seven people can stay in this holiday house with a garden in Kaltern. On two floors, there are three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and corner bench, a kitchen with a dining area, two WCs and a bathroom. Furthermore, there is a southern balcony and – maybe the highlight – a fancy garden with jacuzzi, which can be used during the summer months! You can leave your bicycles in a lockable room. The house is in a calm area, but there are still a pizzeria, a bakery, a wine shop, and multiple wineries within 200m from the house – because we are in Kaltern, the town of wine! The town centre can be reached in 5-10 minutes and the bus, which takes you to Bozen, to the Mendel funicular, or to the lake, is not far away either. If you arrive by car, that’s no problem: there are two private parking spaces on the property and public ones free of charge right next to the house.
